What to Expect
Each Sunday, we get together in the Old City to celebrate Jesus, learn from the Scriptures, and remember the gospel through the bread and the cup.
Whether you're accustomed to attending church services or not, we think you'll feel at home at our Gatherings. We strive to make everything we're singing and saying accessible to you, whatever your background may be.
Our Gatherings generally last around an hour and twenty minutes.
Parking is available in the public lot on West Jackson Ave across from Sweet P's BBQ—this lot is free to park in on Sundays. When you get close to Jackson Terminal, just look for our City Church parking signs to be directed to the lot. Free Sunday parking is also available at the meters along the Gay Street viaduct, where it passes over the railroad tracks.
Parking for parents of young children is available closest to the building, directly under the Gay Street viaduct. Just look for the City Kids parking sign.

If you have a child between the ages of six weeks and fifth grade, they are welcome to join us in City Kids, our ministry to children and their parents during the Gathering. In City Kids, your kids will be supervised by background-checked volunteers who are passionate about teaching your kids about Jesus in an age-appropriate manner.
To check your kids in, just look for the City Kids signage upon approaching the building.

If you’re wondering what to expect at one of our Gatherings, below you’ll find both the teaching and the music from the previous Sunday. Give them both a listen to experience a small taste of what our Gatherings are like.
