Historically speaking, Jesus of Nazareth is an absolutely baffling figure. He doesn’t exactly fit the mold of someone you’d expect to leave a mark on history. He grew up in a small rural town, never traveled very far from home, never wrote a book, never started a family, and never did much of anything you would expect famous people to do.

And yet his impact on human history is undeniable. Nothing has shaped the world quite like Jesus and his movement. So what about Jesus made the difference? And what about him continues to make a difference today?

This series takes four weeks to look historically and intellectually at the bizarre impact of Jesus.
