Director of Kids & Families
The Director of Kids & Families leads, refines, and expands the ministry to kids and families at City Church. This role works closely with the pastoral team to develop and implement a clear vision and strategy for discipling children and equipping families, ensuring that all systems, environments, and leaders support the spiritual formation of kids from birth through fifth grade.
Director of Youth & College
The Director of Youth & College Ministry directs all ministries and events of our church aimed at middle school, high school, and college students. The individual filling this position will work with existing City Church Staff to launch a brand new youth ministry program within our church. They will then direct budgets, resources, and volunteer leaders to help us welcome, care for, and disciple all students in a way that is consistent with the vision and mission of our church.
Pastor of Discipleship & Formation
We want to be a discipleship-driven church: a place where people don’t just come around and meet Jesus, but where people can grow and mature in their faith while helping other people grow and mature in their faith, too. One of the most practical ways to do that is to add a role to our staff focused on creating and sustaining that type of culture in our church.
